Do you eat, sleep and breathe football? Would you like to play a leading role in bringing 433’s football stories to millions of people? We’re looking for an exceptional content producer to take up the role of Social Media & Content Admin for primarily 433WomenFC.

WE ARE 433

Born out of a passion for the beautiful game, 433 became the largest football community in the world. Our social media accounts are followed by over 100 million people including some of the world’s best football players. Our 433WomenFC channel is followed by 550 thousand people including some of the world’s best football players like Alexia Putellas, Sam Ker, Danielle van de Donk, Alessia Russo, Guilia Gwinn, Debinha, Millie Bright and Mary Earps.

YOUR POSITION ON THE FIELD

From start to finish, you will create social media content for our accounts, but primarily for 433WomanFC. This means you will generate creative ideas, produce engaging content and post it on our channels. Staying on top of trends and responding to current events, you will ensure our content remains fresh and relevant. As you make key editorial decisions, you will review marketing materials and coordinate promotional content on social media, directly affecting the audience growth. Besides reporting directly to the 433WomanFC Team Lead, you will also collaborate with colleagues across the organization who share the same passion: football. By bringing new ideas to the table, you will constantly challenge the status quo and help push our channels forward through your creativity and strategic thinking.

YOUR PLAYER PROFILE

A successful candidate will understand the brand, woman’s football and instantly know which tone of voice matches the 433 message.

• 1+ years of experience in content creation;

• A demonstrable understanding of social media;

• Passion for football, with a deep knowledge of the women’s game;

• 24/7 mentality and being flexible, meaning being available when necessary, including weekends and evenings.

• Creative and pays close attention to the finer details and strives for excellence in al tasks;

• Effectively organizes tasks and projects to meet deadlines;

• Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken;

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop (basic understanding of Premiere Pro is a plus);

• Currently lives in or around Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
