433 changes the rules of the game by offering you content from within the locker room. This unique angle allows us to deliver behind-the-scenes footage of the world’s biggest clubs, while bringing you closer than ever to your favorite players. Our media feature provides you with exclusive content and tells you the stories you had never heard before. In essence, we aim to provide the 433 community with the greatest moments that ‘The Beautiful Game’ has to offer, moments that before 433 had never been available to football fans.


YOUR POSITION ON THE FIELD

Recently, 433 launched the 433-app, which further enables us to build the biggest online (football) community in the world. As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for all internal and external communications. You will drive and develop marketing plans and communications strategies, as well as oversee and participate in the execution. You’ll operate very closely with Content Creators, Partnerships Managers, Community Managers and Marketers to take us to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Development and execution of marketing plans in alignment with corporate marketing strategy;

  • Writing and creating newsletters, white-papers, brochures and data sheets, ROI calculators, blog posts, case studies and other special purpose content;

  • Project Management: driving and coordinating launch calendars, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and marketing roadmap;

  • Collaborating with Product Management to deeply understand our software and services propositions and translate them into impactful communication content for internal and external usage;

  • Translating data into actionable insights and share these with the wider organization on a recurring basis;

  • Together with your team, you will focus on maximizing return on ad spend whilst improving the visitor to lead conversion rate.

Job requirements

WHO ARE YOU?

You’re the ideal candidate, if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Communications Manager or equal;

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in paid media, content marketing, SEO, influencers, affiliate, and social media advertising;

  • Experience in developing a team of experts, measuring impact, and maximizing return on investment;

  • Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action;

  • Proven track record within multi-channel - app, web, and social - branded content;

  • The ability to balance the strategic and the tactical, to keep up with the fast moving pace of 433 and its audience;

  • Hands-on mentality;

  • A tech driven approach.
