YOUR POSITION ON THE PITCH
433 is constantly innovating with new features, products, and business models, but we need them to be validated from a business perspective and that is where you come in. You are able to take the data at hand and validate our thoughts. With your analytical and curious mindset, you spot growth opportunities and translate data into actionable insights. You will work closely with different teams such as product, marketing, tech, data science and management to help them answer their business questions with data. You will be the first business analyst on the team and so you have a lot of freedom to structure processes in your role.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Proactively find opportunities to optimize revenue;
Create automated dashboards for the business, and self-service reporting;
Creation of a long-term roadmap of features based on business demands;
Research and suggestion of feature improvements;
Optimization of data quality, validation and processes around this;
Creation and management of reports;
Lead analytical projects that streamline our growth initiatives and optimize our core business;
Scope projects with various stakeholders across the company to ensure we all agree on what our problem is and what is required to solve it;
Abide by our reporting best practices to ensure high data accuracy;
Effectively communicate and present your findings and insights to stakeholders;
Reflect on the process and outcomes of projects and actively look for ways to improve.
YOUR PLAYER PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a business, analytics or data science-related field;
Knowledge of analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics;
Experience with Data Visualization tools (like Tableau and Power BI) and databases (like MongoDB) is a plus;
Conceptual modeling skills;
Excellent Excel skills;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Experience in working in a tech environment is a pre;
Project management skills;
Strong communicators who can connect at all levels in the business.
