Your opportunity
As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital part in defining our product strategy and roadmap by continuously enquiring and inspiring the teams on their data needs to make our organisation more data-driven. Based on transactional and behavioural datasets, you will help the company to find opportunities for growth.
On the one hand, you will achieve this by performing advanced strategic analyses and providing the insights that help our product & tech teams improve the service(s) that Recharge offers. For example when doing a smart analysis on the features and services that drive our website and app, or identifying bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and coming up with actionable insights to improve the customer experience platform-wide.
On the other hand, you do this by building a self-service analytics environment in which the Product & Tech teams are able to make the right decisions and run their own analysis. This includes understanding the key data sources and translating this into structured SQL data models with our data platform team on one side, whilst on the other side working together with our Product & Tech teams, understanding their needs and delivering the right Tableau Dashboards, Data sources and the right training so they are able to find their own insights.
What you'll be doing
Setting the standard for our technical testing processes, defining test requirements and making test plans, facilitating the experimentation process
Set up and run A/B test in the mobile app to optimise performance, and to validate feature building
Support teams with their decision making with testing data
Report on A/B test run and show stakeholders how you have improved our platform with your test
Team up with our product team to identify the biggest opportunities for growth, identify our key metrics and directly affect the prioritisation of the experimentation roadmap
Creating synergy within the entire organisation by striving for optimal performance, connections and mutual commitment between individual business units
Provide input on the overall experimentation priorities, tactics and strategy based on your expertise and learnings
Proactively find opportunities to optimise product experiences and drive user adoption & engagement
Create automated dashboards
What you have
1-3 years experience in an analytics or data science-related field
Great knowledge of analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics
Experience with A/B testing/experimentation (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Experience with Data Visualisation tools (like Tableau and Power BI)
Experience with the usage of databases (preferably MongoDB)
Conceptual modelling skills
Project management skills
Strong communicators who can connect at all levels in the business
