On the other hand, you do this by building a self-service analytics environment in which the Product & Tech teams are able to make the right decisions and run their own analysis. This includes understanding the key data sources and translating this into structured SQL data models with our data platform team on one side, whilst on the other side working together with our Product & Tech teams, understanding their needs and delivering the right Tableau Dashboards, Data sources and the right training so they are able to find their own insights.

  • Set up and run  A/B test in the mobile app to optimise performance, and to validate feature building

  • Support teams with their decision making with testing data

  • Report on A/B test run and show stakeholders how you have improved our platform with your test

  • Team up with our product team to identify the biggest opportunities for growth, identify our key metrics and directly affect the prioritisation of the experimentation roadmap

  • Creating synergy within the entire organisation by striving for optimal performance, connections and mutual commitment between individual business units

  • Provide input on the overall experimentation priorities, tactics and strategy based on your expertise and learnings
