About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Sales Manager to join our Commercial division. In this role, you will drive sales and build strong relationships with current and potential partners. You will be part of a global sales team responsible for the commercial growth of 433 and its various (sub)channels.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Initiating and maintaining relationships with international brands, (media) agencies, club sponsors, and potential clients.
Connecting advertisers with 433’s propositions while creating new propositions.
Developing sales and brand social media strategies and campaigns.
Creating account plans and forecasts for your client portfolio.
Delivering compelling sales presentations to senior brand stakeholders.
Staying up-to-date on social media trends to create strong sales narratives.
Identifying and analyzing commercial trends and developments in relevant markets.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual agreements with clients.
Collaborating closely with Social Media Managers and creative team colleagues.
Preparing and managing sales reports for internal departments and client case recaps.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge:
Experience in (football) partnership sales and a proven record of delivering results.
Expertise in selling high-volume social media space to premium (sports) brands.
A strong understanding of marketing and brand strategy, with the ability to interpret and act on client needs.
Experience:
Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of success.
Experience creating and delivering impactful sales presentations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Keynote and other presentation tools.
Strong understanding of consumer and social media research.
Creative approach to the sales process.
Who You Are:
As a Partnerships Manager at 433, you are:
Goal-oriented, determined, and passionate about football and social media.
Comfortable in a dynamic and ambitious scale-up environment.
Skilled at spotting opportunities and acting on them effectively.
Educated to a minimum of HBO (higher vocational education) level in a commercial field.
Experienced, with 5+ years as a Sales Manager in (social) media or sports.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
An expert in managing internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
An innovative, enthusiastic, and proactive team player.
Lives in or around Amsterdam.
