About the Role
As the Head of Video Content at 433, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial and operational success of our video content strategy. This includes overseeing both commercial (branded) content and editorial content to ensure alignment with 433’s brand identity and objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring the daily output of content that engages our global audience of football fans while also driving value for our commercial partners. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful content that resonates with fans and meets clients goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the strategy for branded and editorial video content

  • Ensure all content aligns with the 433 brand DNA and appeals to our global audience.

  • Maintain a balance between commercial objectives and audience engagement.

  • Supervise the production and delivery of video content across 433 channels

  • Ensure editorial content includes the latest football news, highlights, and insights.

  • Guarantee branded content meets client expectations while engaging audiences.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Sales, and project leads to review ideas and concepts.

  • Act as the brand gatekeeper, ensuring consistency and quality across all video content.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends and technological advancements in video production.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the global football landscape, including leagues, clubs, players, and fan culture.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and their video content requirements (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

  • Expertise in branded content and editorial storytelling techniques.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior video content or creative production role, ideally within sports media.

  • Track record of producing high-performing video content across various platforms.

  • Experience managing a team of creatives and working collaboratively with cross-functional departments.

  • Strong portfolio of branded and editorial video work demonstrating creative excellence.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance and inform strategies (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

  • Knowledge of live streaming production is a plus.
