About the Role
In this role, you'll combine team leadership and hands-on production expertise to oversee both the creative and operational aspects of our team.
From quick-turnaround social media content to large-scale, high-budget productions, you'll ensure seamless delivery across a diverse range of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house creative teams to ensure that all content aligns with the 433 brand and meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: 

Lead, mentor, and manage a talented production team, including senior producers, videographers, editors, and motion graphic specialists. Inspire creativity and maintain a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Production Oversight  

Oversee all stages of production, from smaller social media projects to large-scale productions involving international locations, football talent, and key brand partners. Ensure every project is executed to the highest standard.

Operational Management:  

Streamline and refine production processes and workflows. Manage project and budget tracking systems, continually optimizing for efficiency and output without compromising quality.

Financial Oversight:  

Manage production budgets effectively, ensuring projects stay on track financially while maintaining the creative and quality standards that 433 is known for.

Requirements:

Location: 

Is located in or around Amsterdam. 

Experience:  

A minimum of 6+ years in content production, ideally with experience in large-scale campaigns and high-value productions. You should have a strong track record of managing complex projects at a production company or agency of similar or larger scale.

Production Expertise: 

Extensive experience in all aspects of production management, from budgeting and international collaborations to post-production. You should also be well-versed in emerging production techniques and content distribution.

Leadership:  

Proven strategic leadership skills with excellent organizational and planning abilities. 

You're adept at making key decisions, setting clear directions, and aligning production goals with both business and creative objectives.

Team Management:  

Strong experience managing and inspiring diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere. You excel at motivating team members and providing guidance to ensure their success.
